So I just got the Ersatz Audio compilation,The Forgotten Sounds of Tomorrow, in the mail. Besides having a beautiful title the CD rocks in an old skool electro style. There is not a track that lacks, every one is a definition of the new-wave(slash)electro(slash)IDM clasic sound that Ersatz is known to most for producing. The cover art is disturbing and at times the music is a bit more spookier. I've been reviewing alot of bland, cookie cutter techno lately and it makes me appreciate the original stuff....like this. On a side note,If you ever have a chance to check out Adult or LeCar live-do it.
