Greetings all, I wonder if someone could shed any light on this one:
Every time I've ordered stuff from the US, I get a hefty COD fee on it's arrival here in the UK. The invoice says that this is for VAT and customs charges - is this normal?
If so - how come I don't get charged when I order stuff from Germany? I'll already have paid P&P to the store on my card, so what does that cover? Any details appreciated.
