This Is New Beat was also available on Vinyl. I bought it used at recordtime out of curiosity about 18 months ago. Nothing particularly interesting, except for the fact the Renaat of R&S fame was actually behind that comp in a pre-R&S guise.

I cannot tell you the label, as I got rid of the record in one of my "goodbye 1990's" record purges awhile back. The record really has no value outside of trivia.

101's "Rock to the Beat" was on "This is the New Beat" (can't remember the
label - the tape is long-since lost), and I think it was just a cassette/CD
release??? This very well may have been the Subway records release. I
haven't seen my copy in at least 10 year though, so my details may be off a
bit.
