Herbert's "Let's All Make Mistakes" and Dan Bell's "The Button Down Mind of Daniel Bell" are great examples (for the most part), but they're mixed. Perlon just released a 2xcd version of Superlongevity, but it seems slightly mixed (i.e., cuts may run together a bit, but you get a huge hunk of them). Playhouse has a comp out entitled "Famous When Dead". You might find the Dub Taylor and Dirk Diggler stuff interesting. Look into the Raum...Musik, Salz and Force labels. The Elting_Lieb CD is awfully nice. I still love M.R.I.'s "Rhythmogenesis", but it goes a bit more lush than clicky. Great tech-house which still fits in the edge of that umbrella imo.
