i think i also remember seeing on their site somewhere that they hope to
sell the normal final scratch (software, two records, and the little usb
dongle soundbox) for something around $500. last i heard, they were having
trouble porting the software from BeOS to windows/mac, and that a large
part of that price was the Be, Inc. licensing fee.
