i like to mix up the techniques and styles of records when i play. sometimes it is good to let tracks play and not beatmix. other times it is good to layer a disco jam over a drum track and to tweak it all out for 10 minutes. sometimes you should be banging through 1 jam per minute, sometimes it is good to let tracks ride and ride. not enough deejays try doing all those in their sets IMO! tom
