In the bigger table there are around 4 millions of records

In the memory teg the settings are so:

Calculating adaptive cache ON

Memory to be reserved for other applications and system: 128 MB

Percennt for available memory used for cache: 50%

Minimum size 100

Maximun size 100

Kepp the cache in phisical memory: Disabled

Current cache: 100mb

Flush buffer every: 15 Min

Is there any other stuff running on your server machine. How are setting in
4D re cpu priotities. How long for data flush. This is something
overlooked. If you are flushing every 20 minutes it will take 20 times
longer than every minute on average, but appear to be much slower, as there
is 20 times more to be flushed. In pre v15 I always set to 1 minute. In 15
and higher I set for between 15 and 30 seconds.
