Yes, this has been a problem with some users who have display properties set differently.
Right click on the EXE, click on "Properties" Click the Compatibility Tab Click on "Change High DPI Settings" Check "Override High DPI scaling behavior" The above will be slightly different, dependent upon the specific version of Windows 10.
