The thing is, that the user may not want to change his settings under Windows.

The cause is that the pictures have been resized manually in the 4D form editor.
I had the same issue in one of my applications a while ago.

I replaced the pictures on the form with a .png file in the resources, or I 
made sure that the picture has not been resized manually in the 4D form editor.

This way, the picture will look good in all circumstances.
