Pretty obvious error here.
Are you sure the linux-headers package is really installed?

Also, make sure that you have the virtual package "build-essentials"
installed.  I also like to install kernel-package as well.

You may need to "make clean" before re-running make.

You should use "ls -l /lib/modules/`uname -r`/" to see where the "build"
