I'm wrong with this, you'll loss an on-board MPU-MIDI (because it's part
of integrated sound devices on some mobos) if you have one, but not the
USB-MIDI-devices, at the moment I will lose my USB-MIDI-device, because
from one day to the other, without changing anything but the video
driver, the sound cards aren't fine any more.
