It doesn't matter if any unneeded daemon will run while I'm writing emails etc., but e.g. there should be no artsd if I'm making music. After running Jack, artsd still is running. Also /usr/bin/jackd | sudo killall artsd in QJack's settings won't kill it, I have to do it manually :(, I guess the pipe isn't the right command.
