Done with my 64 Studio 2.1 Etch-Lenny-mix-install, I'm also running a Suse 11.0, Suse 11.1 RC and a 64 Studio 2.1 default install. You can try hwinfo as root, maybe you have to install it, but I guess hwinfo doesn't tell something about the mobo, also take a look at /proc, but for some Linux the information files in /proc seems to be empty and I don't know if there is information about the mobo for any Linux.
