hey Kenji, when I was putting the apk on my phone I used the "adb" tool. I don't exactly remember the process... the phone has to be paired with the computer running adb either over a USB cable or over wifi, then the apk can be installed with adb. I do recall it being a bit difficult to get it working right consistently...
