Clearly inferno is alive and well. ..LMAO.. When I last searched, it didn't look that way. I was asking the obvious question of which one, inferno or 9, I should be investing my time in, going as far as looking at the documentation of the particular language it was written in. The whole project looked dead to me, so I shrugged and accepted that. Foolish, in retrospect, to come to such a conclusion before confirming here.
None of that means I'm going to suddenly up and abandon 9. [for one thing, it, or inferno, isn't ported yet..] The link to that board was just that, curiosity. This whole thread wasn't actually about that board, though in retrospect maybe it should have been ;-) ..I'm just sitting here laughing.. So.. abandon 9 for inferno so I can use this wonderful fantastic RISC-V board? ..once some good-samaritan somewhere does the porting, of course ^^ :-) Oh, the pleasures of adopting new operating systems only to abandon them again straight-away.. ..giggle.. XD I will be very receptive to the advice of others wiser than me. The internet made 9 a very easy target to hit.
