I think I have a Microsoft problem. It started out with Internet
Explorer, and then Microsoft Outlook started giving problems.
At first IE started throwing up an error screen saying there was a
problem and that I needed to run a debug program, but I never could
get it to run. It just kept throwing up one error screen after the
other, and most of them didn't make any sense. So I just give up and
started suing Firefox.
A couple of days later Outlook wouldn't let me down load the mail. I
uninstalled it and reinstalled again but that didn't help any. Now it
won't open at all. Office 2000 is what I was running. So I got out the
old copy of Office 97 installed that. It had the same problem. There
must be some kind of Microsoft problem or bug, but I can't figure out
what it is. Word seems to be working ok for now.
Here are the two error messages that I get when I try to open Outlook.
(1) An ole registration error occurred. The program is not correctly
installed. Run set-up again. "I have done this about ten times".
(2) Unable to open. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable
to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL be sure the service is
correctly installed and configured.
I used the copy of 97 for a while, and had no problems at all. I have
been using 2000 for a couple of years with out any problems. This just
started all of a sudden.
I have done Virus scans, and several spy-ware checks. Nothing shows up.

I would appreciate it if someone could help with this problem.

Thanks.Larry
