Yikes!  You're the first Win8 virus victim I've seen on here.  :-)
Like I just told another victim... it's usually best to bite the bullet, 
back up personal data, and reformat or restore to factory defaults.  
Just reinstall your programs and make a disk image with Acronis True 
Image (or another backup program).  Next time, if there is one, you can 
be back up with all programs installed in 15 minutes.
Sorry to be a buzz kill, but it sounds like you've done some good 
technical attempts to clean it.  Sometimes it just can't be done. :-(
