Started yesterday the small box pops up and then there is just a blank box under the Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library. It won't even let me expand the box. Also my adobe reader isn't working. Running vista on Toshiba laptop L305. I have not downloaded anything new and tried reinstalling the program from microsoft but the box is still popping up. Any suggestions Thank you Teresa in FL
