I am more interested in debating with those who want to do it civilly,
rather than those bent on abuse and divisiveness.  Mike is my
mentor!!! ;-)

So it is not so much a matter, for me, of changing the behavior of
those who don't want it, as it is weeding them out and attracting
different folks who do.

You can't change the behavior of other people, you can only make
suggestions, and it seems to me barely anyone really changes.  So, I
am not interested in bringing back members who are divisive and
abusive.  Good riddance, I say!  We want quality here, not quantity.
