I received an email tracking notice when mine was shipped. The notice says
it was shipped on the 29th. That was in fact the day GW notified Fedex.
The product actually shipped on the 30th.

Hopefully, when CD's are a thing of the past, companies will be able to
facilitate the demands of thousands of customers wanting simultaneous
download.

And, it has been a couple weeks since 7.5 was released. So Aaron, I have a
questions for you. You said folks should wait a couple weeks. A couple
weeks from when?

Customer service and support personnel are there to answer questions,
however inane those employees may feel the questions are. That you all get
to answer questions seems to imply you have jobs. You should be grateful,
not irritated.

I've just been informed by or order department that, since my last post,
they have been inundated with "WHERE IS MY CD???" queries. Honestly, people.
Give it a couple of weeks, and then ask. You can still download 7.5 right
now via the upgrade page, so you're only missing out on the physical CD. I
hesitate to wonder what life will be like when CDs are finally done away
with.
