 Customer service and support personnel are there to answer questions, however 
inane those employees may feel the questions are.  That you all get to answer 
questions seems to imply you have jobs.  You should be grateful, not irritated.
Just because I work in customer service doesn't mean I can't by annoyed by 
stuff. I'm still human. The fact that you always get an answer from us, even if 
we're annoyed, says more than anything, I think.
