There were java programs on the web which would do this, but they may
have disappeared (and they only generated fairly primitive output) .
I used to have a similar facility to generate MIDI,
but it disappeared when I lost the ability to run CGI scripts. If
anyone wants to set up such a facility and can run CGI, I am happy to
send them my perl scripts.
