You might try Muse.  (I am biased, I wrote it).

It allows up to 8 harmony parts, so that should cover a quintet,
It allows for transposing instruments, so that you could (say)
take a part written for a Bb instrument and ask it to turn it
into a part for an Eb instrument.  When you ask Muse to
play them they would then play in tune although they
would look different.

It allows 30 days free trial, so you can make your
own mind up.
