This text can be used to create a runtime environment.  Make sure to put the
correct location of the msaccess.exe.  The second location is the location of
the mdb file you want to open.

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\MSAccess.exe" "C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Samples\Solutions.mdb" /runtime
