Tom   Coincidentally, I am working on a similar report regarding course activity & including identification of delegates that were a NoShow. The NoShow field is a logical field displayed in the Detail band of the report. In the footer, I want to count the number of NoShows.   I think this is what Jim is after as well. Using:   =count([NoShow]), merely counts all the noshow fields, 1 for each record irrespective of true or false.
