The OS is Win 7, but I run the app under the Win XP compatibility option (in
Win 7) as suggested on this forum before. I could not even run it natively on
Win 7.

Hi Zsolt:

Can you clarify which os you are using? The subject says win7, but the mail
says winxp.

I can start and use rat from the command line just fine.
When I start vic from the command line I get an error message:

Has any of you seen this behavior? Solutions?

When the AG venue client (v3.2) enters a venue on a Win 7 machine, it hangs
when it tries to pull up vic and rat and then crashes: "pythonw.exe has stopped
working - prob event name: appcrash". I am running the client under Win XP SP3
compatibility and already added C:\Python24 to the path.

   Thanks!

   Zsolt
