You're right, I don't see a way to schedule Argonne venues from www.accessgrid.org<http://www.accessgrid.org/>. I believe there was once a scheduling link from that page. Anyway the NCSA scheduler can't schedule the Full Sail room. Try sending an email to "Mary Fritsch" <[email protected]> .

It seems this scheduler tries to schedule a meeting only in the AG Node corresponding to my domain (ncl.ac.uk). Can you please let me know if we need to make a booking of the "Full Sail" room on 27th June (1PM-3PM UK time) for the virtual meeting mentioned in the mail below? This meeting is basically an interview - so we need to be able to conduct it exclusively. Our original Node-Op (Mark Hewitt) is away due to family reasons and can not be contacted as present. It seems that she can access only certain rooms from VRVS, and one of them is the "Full Sail" room. My question is as this room is public, do we need to do any sort of booking to use it? We normally use the University of Manchester or EPCC rooms for our AG Meetings - but the other party will not be able to access those rooms. Regards Arijit
