Darin,

Sorry for the late response - Ospreys (100's and 230's) and yes, on only
Windows machine node. Although, the question is academic I would think -
whether they are single node or multi-node with Windows unless you were just
looking to see if folks are doing it. I have both mixed OS and just Windows for
some nodes. In fact, I've combined ALL of my nodes (4) into one big node (just
to do it) to test out how well it worked and to demonstrate that a "node" is a
relative term... so, i've run an Windows/RedHat/OS X node before as a result.

But the answer to the question is single and multi-machine nodes - I've been
using Osprey cards with Windows XP SP2. Just have to fall back to legacy
drivers: http://www.viewcast.com/driverdownload2.asp# i believe is where they
are now.

Hope that helps more!

   Darin,

Yeah, most of our windows only nodes are single machine nodes. Having
multiple cards has not been a problem for those machines. for a multiple node
setup, all you need to do is make sure that the AGServiceManager is running on
the remote machines and connect to them with the Node Manager.

Did I hit on the right thing or are there other questions in your mind?

Thanks, Mike. That does help. I got a couple different responses saying
basically the same thing. However, nobody has mentioned if they're using a
multi-windows-machine node. I'm digging through the archives now, so far with
no luck finding any info on windows-only multi-machine nodes. Do you have any
insight?

         Darin,

We use Osprey cards in all our nodes. Be careful of those that have
audio on-board, they can sometimes get switched around and then RAT is looking
at the wrong jack... We use the 100 and 200 cards with some older drivers that
are more stable.

         Hope this helps

Unfortunately, what I really need is something that will capture

multiple capture cards on an XP machine? If so, which cards did you use?

            Thanks again,

I know there are some people out there using a Windows box as
