nice! it looks like the NLANR folks improved the server so that it remembers where you were on the S/R grid when it updates. that makes it infinitely easier to use. my complements! --fred ............... Hi, I've gotten a python/windows beacon that is ready for testing. you can get it from: http://www.mcs.anl.gov/~judson/common-1.0.win32-py2.3.exe This will install a python module and a single program under Program Files->All Programs->RTPBeacon, RTPBeacon. If you run this you should appear on the standard latest beacon server. There is no mechanism to kill the beacon yet. This is testing after all :-).
