it s difficult to say but at a higher level some private players have to
comply with work force of five percent so they get it certified from
disability commisioner at the least... and then apply for other incentives
based on the request for this certificate

i ve no idea who has tried... but it is called compliance to be carried out
by private companies.... for growth and tax sops and land subsidy incentives
in SEZs etc
