Kanchan,

I have been using the debit and credit cards and demat account from ICICI
Bank for more than 6 years for sure. In fact, I was also having these cards
from SBI and HDFC but didn't use them for long as I found the internet
banking and other facilities more accessible and friendly with ICICI Bank.
In fact, I also have accounts with IDBI and BOB and can get these cards at
will from them. The reason why I am mentioning these things is to offer the
numbers etc. to support the cause you have taken up. Let me also mention
here that there are various types of ATM machines in use by ICICI Bank
itself. I normally transact in privacy and use "ultra fast" option to avoid
any confusion.

The fact that I and some others have got these facilities at will while
others are denied the same is the reason why we need to put systems and
processes in place through standardization. If my presence can make any
difference on a fine day, you can count me in. I appreciate the methodology
adopted by you and believe that this methodology suits Indian conditions.
After all, most of this world can see and appreciate only what it can see
with the 2 eyes.
