Hi Tejas, Please try launching Outlook in safe mode when using NVDA. I am using Outlook 2013 on windows 7 ultimate 64bit without this problem. In addition, please try release candidate 1 of NVDA 2015.3 and check if the problem persists.
If you are able to launch outlook in safe mode, then the problem is most likely an addin that is interfearing with the launch process.
