Hi Select the appropriate speech engine and do the audio conversion. I guess, it should work, otherwise, do revert on the list. Similarly, for balabolka you need to select SAPI TTS like Espeak, it should work. I don't think, the default speech engine of Espeak on NVDA gets registered as Sapi synthesizer. You need to install Espeak separately for it appear in the Sapi synthesizer list.
