yes there are tools.
But you have to encounter some limitations and need an adjustment.
1. You must have a Hindi Text reader in Sapi plateform installed in
your machine.
(You can use the same lekha voice installed in your computer if it is
in SAPI  plateform, otherwise not. Same case applies for espeak
synthesizer too.
2. You have only said that you can wish to convert Hindi Unicode texts
to audio format, but have not said the format of the file containing
the text.  You must use the Hindi Unicode letters in text format. Text
from power point or pdf file etc can not be directly converted.
You can use any available  tools like Balabolka or my drishtibani.
