I have just sent a mail to Mr Mukesh Jain with reference to his quote in the TOI. Mr Mukesh Jain is positively well meaning. He needs guidance. Experts can rally around him and give him inputs. I would like to ask the group as to who might be considered the foremost IT accessibility experts in the country. Any ideas? Can names be shared?
