friend Amit, I had applied on 26th February 2015 my card was ready on
27/04/2015 they never informed, last week I myself had gone to enquire
there were many ID cards nearly about 500 cards lieing in a bag they
told me to bring a sighted person to search I took one of my colleague
to search there we find my ID card which was done on 27/04/2015 for
receiving ID card we have to take original receipt from DRM office &
original Railway Concession Certificate that's all, Now Aruni Sir,
please clear me blind person cannot travel without escort mostly I
travel without escort to meet my parants in Karnataka, I am using
Dolphin Network for internet it is true Dolphin network is very slow
here in Delhi.
