In 32 bit windows:
c:\programFiles\Varnamala\Hindi\HelpInEnglish.rtf
In 64 bit windows:
c:\programFiles (x86)\Varnamala\Hindi\HelpInEnglish.rtf
 read the file with say all symbol mode.
