@Vamshi, in your case, certainly it is the matter of your certificate,
it seems that you haven't updated your certificate since last July.
Since July 15, 2015 a new format has been introduced and you need to
make a new certificate if that is older than July.
But the problem which I am talking about, is pertaining to acceptance
of recent railway concession certificate. They denied me by saying
that this code is not being accepted by our computer certificate,
though the person at counter was willing to make the ticket.
