when I had visited Bangalore in the month of may 2015 in Yeshwantpur station the person had warned me that she will issue the ticket last time, but in future she told she will never accept concession certificate issued by mational faderation of blind Delhi issued in the month of February 2015, later in Delhi University reservation counter I had used concession certificate in month of September 2015 for booking ticket for Deepavali festival to go to my home town, now I have received my ID card while issuing ID card they have largely stamped on my concession certificate as invallid.
