even in delhi I too face same problem for appearing UGC net exam in Sanathan Dharam College in Moti Bagh in south delhi the scribe given to me by the college was appointed on compensatory basis as a peon then later he was promoted to the post of LDC in the same college higher authorities were coming often & asking him about the college files, that person even did not know the spelling of (nuclear family) my subject was sociology.
