Since I'm blind by-birth, I even don't know how the tricolor looks like. Yet I'm Indian. Instead of making tricolor accessible to the blind people in the country they're gonna spend huge sums in hoisting the flag atop of all central universities. It will not make any sense to me. On a humorous note: I might even hold neighbouring country's flag and hoist it flyhigh and shout India zindabad. Will I be then be called anti-national?
