The same thing has happened to vi candidates in West Bengal. It seems, the Railway has adopted this strategy to restrict us from appearing at these exams.

My examination centre is almost 40-hours away from the place I stays.
Why railway department do not consider the convinience of the visually
challenged applicants?
and also we will have to submit the scribe detials with application,
even if we try to appear for the exam the scribe cannot effort to come
with us due to his personnel engagements like; job and college.
Cont we hav any solution for this kind of exames?
