Dear Mohib when I had first visited DRM new delhi in Feb 2015 with old
concession certificate they told it was not valid get new concession
certificate from NFB then immediately on 15th Feb 2015 I got new
concession certificate from NFB delhi & applied for Railway ID card on
25th Feb 2015 & the card was done on 22nd April 2015 but they never
called me I myself went to enquire about the ID card in August 2015
there I saw my card was done in april 2015, here another thing is the
railway authorities have stamped full on my concession certificate
that the concession certificate is of no valid in future because of
issuing of ID card.
