Instead of net banking, try the third and last option, mobile and email
verification. You will be sent a code by sms and email. Both will be the
same and it will remain valid for 72 hours.
Yes, you don't have to sign and send the acknowledgement after
e-verification. Even an e-verification number will be printed on the
acknowledgement page as proof.

No, Scanned copy wouldn't work, ask for the soft copy of form16 from
your employer. They generally have it on their payrol portel. The
cleartax website pics up all the monitory values after you upload your
form16.
