even i am not able to download any of the books. while downloading, it gives me some or the other error. at times it says: •The file Acc.No. E174 REVOLUTION 2020.zip is not yet uploaded in the server. at times it says: File Watermarking process has been initiated. The download will start after the watermarking is complete. however, the download never gets started.
is it the way that 1st the desired local library has to accept our request first?
