Indian Blind Sports Association (IBSA) is proud that Ankur, who has been nurtured by it, and trained under its Chief Coach Dr.Satyapal Singh (Dronacharya Awardee) is representing India in the Paralympics. The Blind Relief Association, jointly with Indian Blind Sports Association (IBSA) is organizing a send-off function at 11:30 am on Wednesday, 31 August at the Blind Relief Association, Delhi wishing Ankur a grand success in the Rio Games.
