exactly, this is very strange. lot of times, I was saw the job postings on the lists/social networks without Mentioning the Salary part. once the person get selected, they has to work for just for 10000 to 20000 rs per month.
and, sorry to say this, it looks like insulting the testers as well. so, requesting the person to exchange the salary info, so that, if the people is Interested or starvation for the job, they might contact/attend the interviews.
