Mujeeb, The pro / paid version will support a large of languages including Indian regional languages. I would still say that there seems to be some issue with your version of WhatsApp. We checked for the issue with latest version of Eye-D and WhatsApp everything seems to work flawlessly without any issue. We even checked this with both JPEG and PNG files there was slight performance degrade for PNG images which will fix in next updates.
