JOB ORIENTATE COMPUTER TRAINING FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED PERSON
This course is design for those who have completed study and wants to do job. 
Person who wants to learn computer and want to perform well in their job place. 
It is a good opportunity. 
Goal:
Aim of this training is to make aware of technology which is useful for 
visually impaired person in their job place.
The main aim of this course is to make the candidates "Computer Literate" and 
train them to become independent and efficient users of the computer in today's 
electronic world. This will increase employment opportunities for the visually 
disabled, help them do better in their jobs, 
Course Highlights and Contents 
This is a job orientate training where people will learn computer along with 
communication skill and employments aspect. 
1.      Communication skill:
I.      Verbal and written skills.
II.     Life skill > good dressing, personal etiquettes, time management, 
stress management and understanding of priority ETC.
2.      Employability:
I.      Resume making
II.     Personality development
III.    Interview preparation 
IV.     Job simulation
V.      Role simulation ETC.
3.      Computer:
I.      Keyboard orientation and Typing practice with software “Talking Typer” 
II.     Basics of Software, Hardware and Network 
III.    Introduction to Assistive technologies for visually impaired 
IV.     Basic concepts such as Desktop, Taskbar, Menus, Editing, Dialog box, 
File/Folder management ETC.
V.      Screen readers, NVDA and JAWS settings and help
VI.     MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
VII.    Scanning, printing, CD burning and other applications
VIII.   Internet browsing, Internet based Email, on-line chat, internet 
calling, social networking, reading websites, on-line file transfer ETC.
This training also includes the knowledge of using Mobile with the help of 
screen reader. 
       Mobile banking functionality.
       Online chatting using messenger
       E-Wallet
Teaching aides and equipment used 
•       Computer with windows 7 and also brief knowledge about latest windows.
•       Ms. Office 2010 and also as per uses.
•       Latest NVDA and JAWS 
•       Talking typer.
•       Self-paced exercise of each concept.
•       Tactile Diagrams for visual description.
•       Computer curriculum design for each concept and employment aspect. 
•       Educated your-self easily (EYE) tool for exercise.
•       Spelling tool for correcting spelling your-self.
•       Student manual and trainer manual.
Why are we doing?
Many candidates have completed study and trying to get into job but being a 
visually impaired computer work is too easy for them so many of them have no 
computer knowledge. Now today’s world required computer knowledge because of 
the work processer. 
To get permission in their placement computer skill is required. So according 
to that we have design curriculum. 
To get knowledge around us with the help of Technology and include them-self in 
all activity which is happening.

Duration:       Duration of this course is 6th Month.
Mode of Class:  The classes would be Monday to Saturday at training premise.
