Unless we raise our issues or report such things, no one would address. There 
is nothing called logical end. First I doubt if Bajaj Finserv really has such 
policy. If so, it could have been applied everywhere 

So our first approach has to be compile a few such cases where application was 
rejected only due to disability, and share that with management of the company.
